Welcome to Data Mining Group

The Data Mining Group (DMG), founded by Professor Jiawei Han, is part of the Database and Information System (DAIS) Lab of the CS Department at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Our group have been working on a wide range of topics related to data mining, including:

Our research has been supported by various governments agencies (e.g., ARL, NSF, NIH, NDSEG, NASA, DTRA) and companies (e.g., Google, Microsoft, IBM, Yahoo!).
